class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u9928\u5185\u306e\u6e05\u6383\u30fb\u5de1\u56de\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u307e\u3057\u3066\u306f\u7537\u6027\u30b9\u30bf\u30c3\u30d5\u3084\u5973\u6027\u30b9\u30bf\u30c3\u30d5\u304c\u305d\u308c\u3092\u884c\u3046\u5834\u5408\u304c\u3054\u3056\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u4e88\u3081\u3054\u7406\u89e3\u30fb\u3054\u4e86\u627f\u4e0b\u3055\u3044\u3002<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Accommodation Clauses<br>Article 1 Application of these clauses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accommodation contracts and related agreements entered into by the hotel with guests shall be governed by these general terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these general terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may accept special agreements to the extent that they do not contravene the intent of these general terms and conditions, laws and ordinances, or customary practices.<br>Article 2 Application for Accommodation Contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall provide the following information to the hotel.<br>(1) Name and telephone number of the representative who will stay at the hotel<br>\u3000(2) Date of stay, estimated time of arrival, and number of persons<br>\u3000(3) Other items deemed necessary by the inn<br>(4) Nationality and passport number in the case of a foreigner<br>(5) Departure date, departure time, and age classification of the person sharing the room (adult, child, infant, or baby)<br>If the guest requests to continue his\/her stay beyond the stay date specified in item 1 of the preceding paragraph during the stay, this facility will treat the request as a new application for a contract of stay at the time such request is made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests under 18 years of age (including high school students) are not allowed to stay at the hotel unless they have permission from their parents or guardians.<br>A parent or guardian&#8217;s written consent is required for all guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elementary and junior high school students will be accommodated if they are accompanied by a responsible person (other than a family member) who is at least 20 years old and has submitted a parental consent form.<br>Article 3 Formation of Accommodation Contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application described in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply when the hotel claims that it did not accept the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 4 Refusal to Conclude an Accommodation Contract<br>The hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When there is no room available due to full occupancy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the hotel is not open for business due to holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the application for accommodation is not in accordance with these clauses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(2) When there is a possibility that the person who intends to stay at the hotel will conduct himself\/herself in a manner contrary to the provisions of the law, public order, or good morals in connection with the accommodation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay at the hotel falls under any of the following items (1) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay falls under any of the following items: a. A person who is a member of a crime syndicate as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Acts by Members of Crime Syndicates (Law No. 77, 1991) (hereinafter called \u201ccrime syndicate\u201d). (hereinafter referred to as \u201cBoryokudan\u201d), Boryokudan members (hereinafter referred to as \u2018Boryokudanin\u2019) prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 of the same law (hereinafter referred to as \u201cBoryokudanin\u201d) (iii) Boryokudan or Boryokudan-associated persons or other antisocial forces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(iii) A juridical person or other organization whose business activities are controlled by a Boryokudan or Boryokudan-involved person. A juridical person whose officers fall under the category of Bouryokudan-in (organized crime group) members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When it is clearly recognized that the person who intends to stay is suffering from a contagious disease.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the person seeking accommodation has made violent demands on the facility or facility staff, or has demanded a burden that exceeds a reasonable range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest due to a natural disaster, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When we deem that the guest&#8217;s behavior would be a nuisance to other guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When it is determined that the accommodation will have a negative impact on the island.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When we deem that the behavior is detrimental to the host&#8217;s family or personal life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When it is determined that the following types of customer harassment are involved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated requests for excessive services, such as unreasonable discounts or transportation that was not part of the contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeatedly making unreasonable demands on employees over a long period of time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(2) Actions that are problematic in terms of demand methods, such as violence or abusive language, even if the content of the demand is justified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article 5 Cancellation of Contract by Guest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by making an offer to the hotel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, the hotel shall charge a penalty fee in accordance with the following items.
